We provide a detailed project timeline at the start of every engagement and keep you updated throughout.
Yes, flood zone construction is a core speciality. We are experienced with AE, VE, and X flood zones across the Florida Gulf Coast. Our elevated home systems are engineered to meet or exceed FEMA Base Flood Elevation (BFE) requirements, and we coordinate directly with local permitting offices to ensure full compliance.
Yes. Kancor Companies is a fully licensed General Contractor in the state of Florida and carries comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We are happy to provide certificates of insurance and license numbers on request.
We begin with a no-cost consultation to understand your lot, budget, and vision. From there we move through design coordination, permitting, site preparation, construction, and a final punch-list walkthrough, with a single dedicated project manager as your point of contact throughout. We work with your architect or can refer trusted local design partners.
Yes. Our roofing systems come with manufacturer material warranties (typically 30–50 years on metal systems, 25–30 years on architectural shingles) and a Kancor workmanship warranty. Warranty terms are provided in writing before any project begins.
