The Kancor Standard
Discipline in
every detail.
We believe that the structures we build are only as strong as the integrity of the people building them. For decades, Kancor has stood for preparation, accountability, and resilience across Florida.
"I learned early that anything worth building takes hard work, integrity, and people you can trust. My goal on every project is simple: build with purpose and leave something stronger behind.

Founder & CEO
Meet the Builder
Built on a foundation of resilience.
Ori Kantor brings more than three decades of hands-on construction experience to every jobsite. As a first-generation American, he learned the trade from the ground up, working side-by-side with his father. Those early years instilled a profound respect for the craft and an unwavering work ethic.
Before establishing his name in Florida's construction industry, Ori wrestled collegiately in Iowa, training within the legendary University of Iowa program under Dan Gable. The mat taught him lessons that translated directly to business: intense discipline, relentless preparation, personal accountability, and the resilience to push through adversity.
Today, those principles form the bedrock of Kancor Companies. There are no shortcuts. Every project is approached with the exactness of a trained athlete and the care of a craftsman building for his own family.
Standing by Florida
When Hurricane Ian devastated Southwest Florida in 2022, Kancor didn't just operate in the area. We committed to it. Ori mobilized resources directly to Lee County, helping communities rebuild, recover, and reconstruct stronger than before. We build for Florida, and we stand by Florida when it matters most.
